2. Definitions and scope

Customer means an individual, legal entity or organisational unit placing an order. Consumer means an individual entering a legal transaction with a trader that is not directly related to their business or professional activity. Consumer provisions also apply to an individual whose contract directly relates to their business but is not professional in nature for that individual.

These terms apply to all shop orders. Customers should read them before ordering.

3. Technical requirements and electronic services

Use requires an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser, cookies and JavaScript support and an active email address. Customers must use the shop lawfully and in accordance with good practices and must not supply unlawful content.

The seller provides electronic services for browsing offers, ordering, using a customer account where available, and subscribing to the newsletter. These are free except for ordered products and selected delivery services.

4. Products, prices and information

Product descriptions, photos and prices constitute an invitation to enter a contract. Prices are in Polish zloty and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are displayed before ordering.

Promotions apply under the terms of the relevant offer and cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Orders and contract formation

  1. The customer selects a product and adds it to the cart.
  2. The customer supplies the information required to fulfil the order, chooses delivery and payment and checks the summary.
  3. Details and cart contents can be changed until the final order button is used.
  4. Using the button indicating an obligation to pay submits the order.
  5. The sales contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order, confirmed by email.

The seller may contact the customer if information is incomplete, a product is unavailable or clarification is needed.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during ordering. Electronic payments are handled by the external providers identified in checkout. Processing may depend on payment confirmation.

7. Delivery

Available delivery methods, expected times and costs are shown during ordering. Partner carriers deliver orders to the address supplied by the customer.

The fulfilment period includes order preparation and expected transport time. If the stated time cannot be met, the seller will inform the customer.

8. Withdrawal and 30-day returns

Consumers can withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. SKI-GRIP additionally allows a return to be requested within 30 days under the returns policy.

The returns policy gives details of declarations, the return address, costs and refund deadlines. Statutory exceptions apply under Article 38 of Poland's Consumer Rights Act, particularly products made to individual customer specifications if introduced into the range.

9. Complaints and conformity

The seller must supply products conforming to the contract and is responsible for non-conformity revealed within 2 years of delivery. Consumers have the rights set out in Poland's Consumer Rights Act, including repair or replacement and, in statutory cases, a price reduction or withdrawal.

Complaints may be made by email, post or telephone using the details in section 1. A response will be given within 14 days of receipt. The procedure is in the returns and complaints policy.

10. Account and newsletter

A customer account, where offered, is voluntary and free. Customers should protect login details from third parties. Accounts can be deleted using available settings or by contacting the seller.

Newsletter subscriptions are voluntary and can be cancelled at any time using the message link or by contacting the seller.

11. Personal data and cookies

The privacy policy explains personal data processing and cookies.

12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court procedures for complaints and claims. Information on procedures and authorised bodies is available from Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Participation is voluntary.

13. Final provisions

Contracts are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive consumers of protection granted by mandatory provisions applicable in their habitual place of residence.

These terms are available free of charge in a form that can be saved and reproduced. The seller may change them for important reasons, including changes in law, payment, delivery or shop functionality. Changes do not affect orders placed before they take effect.

If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer rights, the applicable legislation prevails.

Effective from 24 July 2026.
