1. Statutory right of withdrawal
A consumer who enters a distance contract may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product, either personally or through a designated person other than the carrier. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient.
Send the declaration to kontakt@ski-grip.eu or by post to the seller's address. The statutory model withdrawal form may be used but is not mandatory.
2. Additional 30-day returns
Independently of the statutory right, SKI-GRIP allows consumers to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. After the statutory 14-day period, the product must be complete, undamaged and show no use beyond ordinary inspection of its characteristics and operation.
This additional right does not limit statutory rights and excludes products made to individual customer specifications if introduced into the range.
3. Returning the product
Return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after declaring withdrawal or requesting a return, to:
SKI-GRIP / Pamiątki z Polski Jakub Dyjak
ul. Józefa Poniatowskiego 109
05-220 Zielonka, Poland
Protect the parcel and include information identifying the order. A receipt is unnecessary if the purchase can be proved otherwise. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
The customer bears direct return costs for withdrawal or voluntary returns. For accepted complaints, the seller bears collection or return costs.
4. Refunds
For statutory withdrawal, we refund received payments, including the cost of the cheapest ordinary delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving the declaration. We may withhold the refund until the product or proof of dispatch is received, whichever occurs first.
Refunds use the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to another solution without additional charges.
The customer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Complaints — non-conformity
The seller must supply a conforming product and is responsible for non-conformity revealed within 2 years of delivery, unless a longer product usability period is specified.
Make a complaint by email to kontakt@ski-grip.eu, by post to the SKI-GRIP / Pamiątki z Polski Jakub Dyjak address above, or by telephone on +48 881 510 883.
Please include the order number, describe the non-conformity and state the remedy sought. A receipt is not the only acceptable proof of purchase.
We respond within 14 days of receipt. Consumers do not bear repair, replacement or collection costs for accepted complaints. Rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal arise under Poland's Consumer Rights Act.
6. Transport damage or mistakes
If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. Prompt notice helps resolve the matter with the carrier, but delay does not limit statutory consumer rights.
